Rates are as follows:

  • Design + DRAFTING | $125.00 per hour

Initial Design Concept:

oUR INITIAL PRESENTATION OF IDEAS INCLUDES one (1x) SET OF Design Documents RELATED TO each Project Area DISCUSSED INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

  • CONCEPTUAL RENDERINGS

  • MATERIAL PLAN + BUDGET

  • SAMPLES + SOURCE LIST

  • LIGHTING + PAINT SCHEMES

  • SUPPORTING REFERENCE IMAGERY

if requested by you, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE up to 1 revision of each Project Area’s unapproved Design Documents. OUR DESIGN Fee also includes up to 2 alternate selections for any item of suggested Merchandise.

Invoicing / Payment

MCID invoices are payable WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Any amounts owed by you to MCID that are not paid when due are subject to an interest charge computed at an annual rate equal to fifteen (15%) percent. In addition, we may suspend our services to you and/or withhold any item of Merchandise until payment has been made in full. You will be liable for all costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and related costs) incurred by us in the collection of any amounts due to us by you.

 

Drawings / Renderings

Our Design RATE does not Include drafting time in connection with Custom Merchandise (CABINETRY, FIREPLACES, ETC), Nor any service not specifically provided for within the Included Services.

If we provide any services to you or on your behalf outside of those Included Services, time expended by us will be billed to you at our Hourly DRAFTING Rate OF $150.00 PER HOUR.

Examples of such services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Additional revisions to our design concepts in excess of those included in the Design RATE.

  • Any revisions to our design concepts after you have approved them.

  • Alternate selections for any item of Merchandise in excess of those included in the Design RATE.

  • Revisions caused by inconsistencies in instructions, information, or plans provided by you or your Design Related Professionals.

  • Revisions due to any failure by any estimator to accurately, completely, or appropriately price the Project or any element of the Project.

Mileage

Mileage to and from A job site is complimentary, but not to exceed 500 miles per contract.  Any mileAGE after WILL be billed at $.56 / MILE.
